移民局與社區座談會

茲定於2012 年6 月10日(星期日) 下午1時--3時，假座費城唐人街1019 Cherry Street 1樓（10-11街之間），舉辦移民局與社區座談會。費城地區移民局將派出3位資深移民官員出席，主講內容包括：1、最新的豁免出境調整身份等問題。2、入籍申請 (老人入籍免面談條件等) 。3、移民申請以及移民兒童保護法解釋等。4、移民簽證新規定等。5、綠卡( 綠卡的政策規定) 。6、政治庇護案件 (批准後的身份調整等) 。7、留學生簽證以及管理等問題。

個人案件的問題可以在現場向移民官諮詢，需要諮詢個人案件的人士請準備好個人的A#﹑英文名字﹑出生日期等等個人資料或複印件﹐以便移民官準確回答。諮詢個人案件按照預先登記順序的先後排定。諮詢個人案件必須是當事人本身，不可替代諮詢。

A meeting is to be held on June 10, 2012 (Sunday) from 1.00 pm-3.00p.m. in Philadelphia Chinatown, 1010 Cherry Street, 1^st Floor (between 10^th & 11^th Streets) to discuss Immigration issues relating to the community. Three (3) officers from the Philadelphia USCIS office will be present at the meeting. Discussion topics include: 1. latest development in immigration law; 2. naturalization for senior citizens; 3. child status protection act; 4. adjustment of status; 5. laws relating to green card applications; 6, political asylum; and 7. foreign students’ status adjustments.
